Simple, fair, transparent.
Passport Visa Photo Studio is a one-time digital download — there is no subscription, no auto-renew and no stored payment method. The terms below describe how payment and refunds work.
1. What you are buying
A single one-time digital download for $5: an HD passport / visa / ID photo file plus a printable 4×6 inch sheet. No account is created. No recurring charge is made. No physical product is shipped.
2. Compliance — what we promise and don’t
We generate your photo at the size, head height and background colour published by the official authority for the country and document you select. We do not guarantee that any specific authority will accept the photo, because acceptance also depends on lighting, expression, the source photo you upload, and the reviewer’s discretion.
3. Refunds
If the editor cannot generate a usable photo from the source image you uploaded — for example because of a technical error, a corrupted file or a sizing bug on our side — email us within 24 hours of payment with your Stripe receipt and we will refund your purchase in full.
Because the file is delivered the moment you click Download, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind once the HD download has been delivered.
4. Privacy
Cropping, resizing and final compositing run in your browser. Best white background may temporarily use the configured background-removal provider; we do not intentionally store your photo. See the privacy policy for details.
